About
Truuli Peak Counseling's goal is to provide counseling and resources to families on the Kenai Peninsula.
Truuli Peak believes their role is to help facilitate growth in individuals, couples, and families by drawing on their strengths, resources, and past experiences. The process of growth and health in individuals incorporates identifying and understanding the different relational variables, past or present, that are affecting their lives. This process acknowledges people's individual spiritual resources as a strength in which to handle their difficult circumstances.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I earned my high school diploma from Cook Inlet Academy, where I was active in cross country, basketball, and track & field. Athletics played an important role in shaping the discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that continue to guide me in both life and business.
I attended the University of Alaska Anchorage as a UA Scholar and graduated in 2005 with a B.A. in Psychology. I then completed my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at George Fox University in 2008. During graduate school, I interned at the Domestic Violence Resource Center in Hillsboro, Oregon, where I received extensive training working with survivors of domestic violence.
In the fall of 2008, I opened Foundations Family Resource Center in Soldotna, Alaska. In January 2021, the practice was incorporated and renamed Truuli Peak Counseling, Inc., continuing the same services and mission of supporting individuals, couples, and families through counseling, resources, and educational seminars.
Born and raised in Alaska, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family—hiking, camping, kayaking, and taking in the endless beauty the state has to offer.
